(Fthrow): Remove loop around Fsignal.
(Feval, Fapply, Ffuncall): Optimize for no function indirection.
Use original function name in all signaled errors.
Simplify Fsignal calls (no return).
(funcall_lambda): Simplify Fsignal calls (no return).
